Services
Vigeo Group LLC provides digital marketing services including local SEO, AI search visibility, and website design. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in a separate written agreement with each client prior to the start of work.
No Guarantees
Vigeo Group does not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engine and AI platform algorithms change independently of our work. We commit to transparent reporting of measurable activity and progress.
Payments
Services are billed monthly in advance. Clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. Work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable except where a specific written guarantee applies.
Intellectual Property
Website files and content produced by Vigeo Group become the property of the client upon full payment for that deliverable. Vigeo Group retains the right to reference completed work as portfolio examples unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Vigeo Group's liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days prior to any claimed issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
